Made with 4 ingredients, this easy recipe will only take a few minutes to prepare. This no-bake sugar free jello cheesecake recipe is a perfect summer dessert that tastes great every day of the year.
Cheesecake isn’t the best thing if you are trying to fit into a swimsuit, but this delicious dessert is a great alternative with less sugar.
When I have a sweet tooth attack but want to keep it a little under control, quick and simple recipes that are full of flavor hit the spot every time. Cheesecake usually takes hours to make because you have to bake it and then its sits in the refrigerator to set.
This recipe is perfect because it’s ready fast and good for a random dessert during the week. I serve mine in a stemless wine glass because they are the perfect size for portion control.
First of all, this cheesecake dessert has no actual cream cheese in it. This dessert tastes like Oreo cheesecake, but it’s much healthier than the real thing.
You could use cream cheese but the yogurt is creamy with the sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, so there’s no need to add sugar. It also has more protein than cream cheese.
The cheesecake flavor comes from a tablespoon of instant cheesecake pudding mix. You can use regular instant pudding or sugar-free, whichever you prefer.
Crush Oreos
Crush the Oreos in a zippable bag with a rolling pin or cooking spoon.
Prepare the cheesecake filling
In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and sugar-free jello pudding mix. Mix with a spoon.
Layer the cheesecake cups
Spoon a layer of cheesecake into the bottom of the glass. Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top of the filling. Add another layer of the yogurt and jello mixture. And finally, top with the remainder of the cookie crumble.
Add whipped cream on top, if desired.
Ingredients
Nonfat Greek Yogurt – I use 6 ounces of nonfat Greek yogurt to make assembly really easy.
Sugar Free Jello Cheesecake Pudding mix – I use a sugar-free pudding mix to make it easy but you can use any flavor for the low carb dessert
Oreo cookies – The crushed Oreo cookie is the best part! I use two Oreo thins but you can use whatever kind of Oreo you like best.
Cool Whip Lite – I love to add a serving of this for the creamy topping
Which brands to use:
Everyone has their favorite brands. I personally used FAGE 0% Greek yogurt, Jell-O Sugar-Free Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mix and Oreo cookies.

Can I make this dessert ahead of time?
I wouldn’t recommend making these Oreo cheesecake cups in advance, as the crushed Oreos can get soggy. But you can definitely prepare the cheesecake mixture ahead. Store it in the refrigerator for up to three days in an airtight container.
For the best results, make on the day you want to eat them. They only take a few minutes to make.
