My name is ShalamaJ

I am an African American competitive athlete living in South Carolina. As a competitive National Physique Committee (NPC) bodybuilding bikini athlete, I am passionate about healthy living, fitness, sports and being physically active.

I am a certified personal trainer who began my fitness journey more than 10 years ago as a Black Girls RUN! ambassador. I have traveled around the country running half marathons and supporting women in being active.

When I am not out and about, you can find me in my kitchen or relaxing on the couch streaming a movie.
