Protein  banana bread

Mash bananas

Mash two-three overripe bananas in a bowl until smooth

Add Kodiak cakes mix

Add egg whites to mashed bananas and Kodiak cakes mix.

Add spices

Add the cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar to the mix. 

Bake bread

Bake for 25-30 minutes in mini bread pans. Check the center of the loaf for doneness.

Cool and enjoy

Using the Kodiak cakes pancake mix will add a post of protein to the bread.
