Chocolate chip Kodiak cake muffins

Dry ingredients

Add the Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Mix, baking powder and cinnamon to a large bowl.

Wet ingredients

Add the wet ingredients -  Greek yogurt, milk, egg, vanilla and maple syrup into the pancake mix.

Chocolate chips

Stip everything together and then add one cup of chocolate chips.

Fold in and mix

Fold in the chocolate chips to the batter.

Bake

Divide the muffin batter evenly in the muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes.

Cool and enjoy

Allow muffins to cool in the pan, placed on a wire cooling rack, for 5 minutes before removing.
