Baked blueberry granola cups

1 banana 1 1/2 cup rolled oats 1/4 cup honey 1 cup Greek yogurt Fresh strawberries Fresh blueberries

Smash banana

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mash the banana

Prepare the cups

Add the oats and honey to the mashed banana and mix until well combined.

Form the cups

Add the mixture to a muffin pan and divide over 6 cups. Use your hands or a spoon to shape the granola into little cups forming a hollow middle.

Bake til golden brown

Bake the cups in the oven for 30 minutes. Cool at least 30 minutes to before removing them from the muffin pan

Fill the granola cups

Fill the granola cups with yogurt when ready to eat.

Top with berries

Add the berries on top of yogurt when you are ready to serve.
