Baby spinach

Chop 2 cups of baby spinach and sautee on stove.  Or defrost spinach and remove all of the moisture before sauteeing.

Make the creamy base

Add cottage cheese, olive oil and spices to a food processor or high-powered blender and blend until smooth creamy texture.

Combine ingredients

Pour your blended cottage cheese mixture into a greased oven safe dish, add your spinach. Top with parmesan cheese.

"Bake" in air fryer

Bake/cook for 10 minutes in air fryer at 400 F.
