5-ingredient oatmeal banana pancakes

Start with banana

Place over ripe banana into Nutribullet or blender.

Add rolled oats

Add 1/3 cup of rolled oats to the blender. You also can use steel-cut oatmeal in this recipe.

Add eggs

Add in one whole large egg. You can swap with egg whites for less calories. 

Dry ingredients

Add in baking powder and vanilla to the blender.

Blend mixture

Blend the ingredients to a  smooth consistency. 

Cook

Cook the pancake batter on each side for a couple of minutes and each side is golden brown.
