Incline treadmill: Glutes workout

Place the resistance bands above your knees. You can walk normally at a regular pace or you can walk sideways with squats and slow it down a little.

Add an incline

Use an incline level that you do not have to hold on. However, when walking sideways, you can use it for light support.

The goal is to stimulate legs, glutes and hips to give the thigh and butt more shape.

To challenge yourself, add resistance band above your knees. Also add slight incline to activate your glutes.
